The ADs (Advertising Developers) group
at Augustana is a chapter of the AAF (American
Advertising
Federation, a national professional organization) dedicated to
the development
of student understanding of advertising and marketing
communication. The chapter
focuses on the professional development
of its members through programming,
networking, portfolio
building, social functions, and mentorship. Programming includes
preparation of a competitive case study for the National Student
Advertising Competition,
professional speakers, analyzing commercials, and practical experience.
