Todd Raufeisen is a commercial real estate developer with active projects in Illinois, Iowa, Colorado and Wisconsin. He and his team focus on initial land development then expanding that to individual vertical opportunities including single tenant build to suit, Hotels, strip centers and office buildings. He also runs another company that specializes in the brokerage and property management of Commercial Real Estate properties. This includes not only their projects but those properties owned by other entities.
