After Incubation:

4) Place the plate in the plate washer and wash the wells three times with PBS.
5) Add 200µl of the enzyme-conjugated anti-IgG and anti-IgM sera to the appropriate wells. Incubate the plate for a further 1 hour at 37°C in the humidified box.

6) Wash the plate as before (step 4). Add 200µl of the enzyme substrate (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) to all the wells. Incubate the plate at 37°C for a further 20 min.

7) Stop the reaction by the addition of 50µl 3M NaOH to all the wells.
