A280(Ab) = 0.265 (=A280(ppt)) - 0.021 (=A280(Ag)) = 0.244.

0.244 x 0.7 (mg IgG=A280 1.0) = 0.17mg/ml.

0.17 x 2 (dilution in cuvette) = 0.34mg IgG.

100µl of antiserum were used per tube, therefore the concentration of the antibody in the original antiserum is 0.34 x 10 = 3.4mg/ml.
